The CEATI Program model provides utilities with an exclusive utility focused and cost-effective vehicle for sharing experiences and addressing issues pertinent to their day to day operations and planning. In addition to serving as a strong technical resource and benchmarking tool, project collaboration and cost leveraging opportunities are also fostered, yielding practical and timely deliverables. CEATI’s hydropower program has now grown to include a North American and international membership base of over 80 utilities, covering critical topics such as plant and equipment reliability, asset management, dam safety as well as operations and planning strategies.
Building on the foundation and momentum of our technical program established over the last twenty years, CEATI International is now proposing the initiation of a focused utility senior leaders council dedicated to General Managers, Vice Presidents and other senior level personnel.
Objectives:
The CEATI Senior Leaders Council will provide a focused, utility-only platform for exchanging best practices and strategies around tackling key power utility and industry challenges.
