G1015: Identifying and Quantifying Contaminants from Coal Combustion by Thermodynamic Calculations
The objective of this project was to predict the type and amount of priority species during pulverized coal (PC) and circulating fluidized bed combustion (CFBC) of coal. For the latter, the prediction was made in the presence and the absence of limestone. For this purpose, the Facility for Analysis of Chemical Thermodynamics (F.A.C.T.) method was used.
